Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CHAKEN ENTERPRISE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberalÂ
cancellation policy. Under this policy:
 • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.Â
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to theÂ
vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
 • CHAKEN ENTERPRISE does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers,Â
eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality ofÂ
product delivered is not good.
 • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.Â
The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at hisÂ
own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that theÂ
product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice ofÂ
our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team afterÂ
looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
 • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please referÂ
the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the CHAKEN ENTERPRISE, it’ll take 9-15 DaysÂ
days for the refund to be processed to the end customer
